The Mineral Resources Engineering Program cultivates professionals in the fields of mineral resources development, processing, applications, and recycling. The curricula emphasize the recycling of industrial waste, the synthesis and applications of minerals and ceramic raw materials, and geological technologies. The Institute of Mineral Resources Engineering covers three major research areas; the development of resources and geological engineering, resources application and synthesis of materials, and the processing of resources and materials.
Undergraduate degrees, post-graduate and professional master's program are available, in addition PhD programs are offered under the College of Engineering.
